On a hot summer day, the kokle (a traditional Latvian zither) ensemble’s tiring Song and Dance Festival rehearsal is brightened by the arrival of percussionist Reinis. Soloist Zane feels a spark between them. Later that night, when her instrument goes missing, she and Reinis search the dark school hallways, discovering that they might find more than just the lost kokle.
